Self Love, Actually

Happy Valentine’s Day week!  In this traditional day, week, month of LOVE, I thought it would be interesting to explore “self love” and what that is, actually.  As a coach I have the honor to work with people, and the human experience is quite incredible.  I am always so curious as to how it is that we turn on ourselves so quickly and wouldn’t dare do that with others. So today let’s explore self love, actually and a seven step process to have self love be consistent in your life, after all you truly deserve it.
